How to do it
Count two full seconds for each circle in both directions.
- 1
Sit or lie down and extend one leg in front of you.
- 2
Rotate the ankle of the extended leg in a circular motion.
- 3
Complete the desired number of circles in one direction, then switch.
- 4
Repeat with the other ankle.
Expert tip
Perform the circles slowly and with control to improve ankle mobility and stability. Ensure full range of motion for maximum benefit.
