How to do it

Jump the feet to slightly wider than shoulder width for a stable squat.

  1. 1

Stand with feet together and arms by your sides.

  2. 2

Jump your feet out wide while simultaneously raising your arms overhead, forming a star shape with your body.

  3. 3

Squat down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees, keeping your weight on your heels.

  4. 4

Press through your heels to jump back to the starting position, lowering your arms to your sides.

  5. 5

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Keep your chest lifted and core engaged throughout the movement to maintain balance and proper form.
