How to do it

Squeeze the rings firmly to stabilize your wrists throughout each repetition.

  1. 1

Set the rings at a low height and grasp them with a reverse grip, so your palms face forward.

  2. 2

Walk your feet back into a push-up position, forming a straight line from head to heels.

  3. 3

Lower your body by bending your elbows until your chest nearly touches the rings.

  4. 4

Press back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.

  5. 5

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Maintain a rigid body line from head to heels to engage your core and maximize muscle activation.
