How to do it
Keep your grip loose to allow the handles to spin smoothly in your hands.
- 1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, kettlebells between your feet.
- 2
Bend at the hips and knees, gripping the kettlebells with palms facing in.
- 3
Drive through your hips to lift the kettlebells, keeping them close to your body.
- 4
Rotate your wrists as the kettlebells rise to the rack position at shoulder height.
- 5
Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position with control.
- 6
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Keep the kettlebells close to your body during the clean to reduce stress on your back and shoulders.
