How to do it
Grip the EZ-bar on the angled sections to keep your wrists in a neutral line.
- 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding an EZ-bar with an overhand grip.
- 2
Raise the bar overhead with arms fully extended.
- 3
Keeping your upper arms stationary, bend your elbows to lower the bar behind your head.
- 4
Lower the bar until your forearms are just beyond parallel to the floor.
- 5
Extend your arms to return the bar to the starting position, focusing on contracting the triceps.
- 6
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Keep your core engaged and maintain a slight bend in your knees to stabilize your body during the exercise.
