How to do it

Keep your hands and wrists relaxed as you hold the stretch position.

  1. 1

Stand with your arms at your sides and elbows bent at 90 degrees.

  2. 2

Keeping your elbows close to your body, rotate your forearms inward across your body.

  3. 3

Hold the position for 15-30 seconds.

  4. 4

Slowly return to the starting position.

  5. 5

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Focus on keeping your shoulder blades down and back to prevent unnecessary strain on the shoulder joint.

Common mistakes

  • ✕Letting the elbows drift away from the sides
  • ✕Rotating the torso instead of the forearms
