How to do it
Space your knees hip-width apart to create a stable rolling base.
- 1
Kneel on the floor facing a wall with the ab wheel in your hands.
- 2
Place the ab wheel on the floor and roll it towards the wall while keeping your back straight and core tight.
- 3
Roll out until the wheel touches the wall or as far as you can maintain form.
- 4
Use your core to pull the wheel back towards your knees.
- 5
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Start with the wall close to you and gradually increase the distance as your strength improves. Keep your movements slow and controlled.
