How to do it

Brace your abs hard and lower each leg for a count of three seconds.

  1. 1

Hang from a special bar with your arms fully extended and your body straight.

  2. 2

Lift your legs to form a 90-degree angle with your torso.

  3. 3

Slowly lower one leg towards the floor without touching it.

  4. 4

Return the leg to the starting position while maintaining core engagement.

  5. 5

    Repeat with the other leg.

  6. 6

Continue alternating legs for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Focus on keeping your lower back pressed against the floor to engage your core muscles effectively.
