How to do it

Plant your feet shoulder-width apart and press them evenly into the floor.

  1. 1

Sit on a stability ball and walk your feet forward, rolling the ball under your lower back.

  2. 2

Place your hands behind your head or across your chest.

  3. 3

Perform a crunch by curling your torso up and forward.

  4. 4

Lower back down, keeping tension in your abs.

  5. 5

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Focus on maintaining a curve in your lower back to match the shape of the stability ball for better ab engagement.
