How to do it

Grip the sides of the bench firmly to anchor your upper body.

  1. 1

Lie face down on a special bench with your legs bent at the knees, feet together, resembling a frog's legs.

  2. 2

Lift your thighs off the bench by squeezing your glutes.

  3. 3

Tap the floor lightly with your knees and then raise your legs back up.

  4. 4

Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Ensure you are using your glutes to lift your legs and not arching your back excessively.
