How to do it

Maintain a steady rhythm without pausing between switches.

  1. 1

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms by your sides.

  2. 2

Lift one knee towards your chest while raising the opposite arm above your head.

  3. 3

Lower your arm and leg back to the starting position while simultaneously raising the opposite knee and arm.

  4. 4

Continue alternating in a marching motion for the desired duration.

Expert tip

Focus on a full range of motion, bringing your knees up high and extending your arms fully with each march.

Common mistakes
