How to do it
Keep your weight balanced over the midfoot throughout the entire rep.
- 1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in front of each shoulder.
- 2
Lower into a squat position.
- 3
As you stand up, press the kettlebells overhead until your arms are fully extended.
- 4
Lower the kettlebells back to your shoulders as you descend into the next squat.
- 5
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Use the momentum from your squat to help drive the kettlebells overhead, keeping the movement fluid.
