How to do it

Press your feet firmly into the floor to stabilize your base.

  1. 1

Sit on a stability ball and walk your feet forward, rolling the ball to your upper back and shoulders.

  2. 2

Extend your arms straight in front of you, clasping your hands together.

  3. 3

Engage your core and lift your chest slightly to maintain a straight back.

  4. 4

Rotate your torso to one side, then to the other, keeping your arms extended.

  5. 5

Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.

Expert tip

Keep your movements controlled and deliberate to maximize core engagement and prevent momentum from taking over.
