How to do it
Keep your eyes fixed on the weight as it arcs across your body.
- 1
Lie on your back on a stability ball, holding a weight with both hands above your chest.
- 2
Rotate your torso to one side, keeping your arms straight.
- 3
Return to the center and then rotate to the other side.
- 4
Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Keep the movement slow and controlled, and don't let the weight pull you; you should be in control of the weight at all times.
