How to do it
Pause for one second at full extension before pulling back to the start.
- 1
Kneel on the ground and hold the suspension handles with your arms extended beneath your shoulders.
- 2
Slowly lean forward, rolling your arms out in front of you while keeping your body in a straight line from knees to head.
- 3
Extend as far as you can without arching your back, then use your core to pull yourself back to the starting position.
- 4
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Expert tip
Avoid arching your lower back by engaging your core throughout the exercise to protect your spine.
