How to do it
Anchor your weight through the heel of your standing foot.
- 1
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hands on your hips.
- 2
Lift one foot off the ground and bend your knee.
- 3
Rotate your knee in a circular motion, making sure to keep your movements smooth.
- 4
Complete the desired number of rotations in one direction, then switch to the other direction.
- 5
Repeat the same process with the other knee.
Expert tip
Perform the circles slowly and with control to avoid any jerky movements that could potentially cause knee strain.
